Correlation IDs

Each request sent to any Drylab API endpoint is tagged with a unique ID, called the request's correlation identifier. It will be much easier for us to help you resolve any issues if you provide the correlation identifier when you contact us for help.

Here is an example of one: f7ca9d4c-db74-4825-83e8-c734b93e342d.

And here is where you can find the correlation IDs attached to each request that you make:

  1. In the response headers, under Request-Id

  2. In your individual request logs in your Drylab dashboard
